Good news - Property tax rate to 9%
Good news for buyers in the Comunidad Valenciana. As of 1 June 2026, the ITP (property transfer tax) is set at 9% (previously 10%) for properties up to €1,000,000. A change that makes purchasing an existing home in this region just a little more accessible.
