Selection & Viewings

I select the best options from the entire market — including off-market homes and new-build projects. We make a focused trip to Spain where I personally guide you.

03Step 3 — From offer to notary

Purchase & Aftercare

I conduct negotiations in close consultation with you. I then review the purchase contract, bring in legal expertise, and guide you all the way through to the key handover.

04Step 4 — Good news

The Costs

Good news: my personal guidance is completely free of charge for you as a buyer. This way you can go through the entire process without any extra worries.
